The aptly named leader of our geldings, Shadow King’s calm and quiet presence is felt throughout the barn and pasture, and despite his small size he really takes up space. Shadow King came to us having suffered through a lot of abuse, and was brought in from Sunnyside, Washington auction. He has made loads of progress in becoming confident in himself and with a handler and is really coming out of his shell. King spends his day out in the pasture with our boy’s group, Cochise, Comanche, Mirage, and best friend Meditation. If anything, suspicious happens you’ll be sure to see this close pair investigating it together, especially if it might result in treats!
